HD77 Terms & Conditions

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between HD77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with or uses the services available at hd77.cam. By creating an account, depositing funds or placing any wager on HD77, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

HD77 operates as an online sports betting and live casino platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HD77 and take effect from the moment you complete the registration process or otherwise access platform services.

HD77 does not represent that its services are authorised or approved by any governmental or regulatory authority in Pakistan, including but not limited to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. Users in Pakistan access the platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining whether participation is lawful in their specific jurisdiction under applicable laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

02 Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the HD77 website at hd77.cam and all associated services, features and content.
• "Account" means the individual user account created upon successful registration.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any sum of real money staked on a sporting event, casino game or other gambling product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback or other incentive offered by HD77 subject to applicable promotion-specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet through in eligible games or markets before it converts into withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required for regulatory compliance and fraud prevention.
• "Sports Betting" means wagering on the outcome of sporting events including but not limited to cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), football, UFC and other live sports.
• "Live Casino" means real-time games streamed from a studio with human dealers, including Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on an account preventing the user from accessing gambling services for a defined or indefinite period.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency of Pakistan (ISO code: PKR).

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on HD77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's licensing authority, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally permitted to access online gambling services in your jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for confirming this. HD77 does not warrant the legality of access in any particular location.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated accounts may not register.
• You must not hold an existing active account on the Platform. Each individual may register only one account. Duplicate accounts will result in termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion or cooling-off period on HD77 or on any responsible-gambling programme with which HD77 cooperates.
• You must not be listed on any internal or shared exclusion register maintained by HD77 or its licensing authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or close associate of HD77 or any of its affiliated operators.

HD77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending transactions pending resolution.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

Users must complete the HD77 registration form accurately and truthfully. The information provided must include your legal full name, date of birth, current residential address, valid email address and mobile number. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to hold one active account only. If HD77 identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, device, IP address, payment method or other signals — all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be voided pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. HD77 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify HD77 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

4.4 KYC Verification

HD77 is required to verify user identity as part of its licensing and compliance obligations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., CNIC, passport), proof of address and, in some cases, proof of the payment method used. Verification is typically required before the first withdrawal is processed. Accounts pending KYC verification may have restricted functionality.

05 Terms of Use

By accessing the HD77 platform, you agree to use it solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes and not for any commercial, fraudulent, illegal or otherwise prohibited purpose. You agree to:

• Access the platform only for your own personal use using a single registered account.
• Keep all account information current, accurate and complete at all times.
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measure, limit, restriction or verification process implemented by HD77.
• Not use automated scripts, bots, crawlers or any software to access, interact with or extract data from the platform without prior written authorisation.
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
• Accept that gambling involves financial risk and that losing wagers is an inherent part of gambling activity.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on HD77 are subject to the specific rules of the market or game in question. General rules applicable to all sports betting include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. HD77 reserves the right to correct clearly erroneous odds and void any bets placed at such odds.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market, event and account tier. These limits are displayed in the betting interface.
• Bets on markets that are subsequently abandoned, postponed beyond the defined settlement window, or declared void by HD77's trading team will be refunded at stake.
• For cricket markets (including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series), all results are settled according to the official match result declared by the relevant governing body. Match interruptions, rain stoppages and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments are treated in accordance with the specific market rules.

6.2 Live / In-Play Betting

Live betting markets update dynamically. HD77 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, including during periods of high market volatility or suspected irregular activity. Bets accepted before a suspension event are settled based on the conditions applicable at the time of acceptance.

6.3 Casino & Live Dealer Games

Casino and live dealer games are subject to the specific rules of each game, as displayed within the game interface. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot title is provided by the game supplier and may be referenced in the game's information panel. HD77 does not guarantee any specific outcome, win rate or return on any casino game.

07 Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods that are currently available in the HD77 cashier and that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are specified per payment method within the cashier section.

HD77 acknowledges that Pakistani users commonly use mobile wallet services (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash), Raast instant bank transfers and accounts at major Pakistani banks (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah). These references are provided for informational context only. The mention of any payment provider does not constitute a claim of endorsement, affiliation or support by that provider for gambling services.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal destination must be registered in the same name as the HD77 account. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be met in full before the associated bonus balance can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting this requirement may result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per method as displayed in the cashier.
• HD77 does not guarantee specific processing times. Processing windows are estimates and may be affected by payment network availability, public holidays in Pakistan and compliance review requirements.

7.3 Currency

HD77 accepts transactions in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) and, where stated, select other currencies or cryptocurrencies. All account balances are displayed in the account's base currency. Conversion rates, where applicable, are determined at the time of the transaction.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers available on HD77 are subject to these General Terms and to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold or otherwise assigned.
• Each promotion is available once per user, household, device, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• HD77 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, provided that changes do not unfairly affect users who have already triggered a bonus in good faith.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirement is met.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Where a wagering requirement applies, the requirement is calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (and, where stated, the deposit amount). For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10× requirement requires PKR 10,000 in eligible wagers to be placed before the bonus balance converts. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — game-specific contribution rates are detailed in the applicable promotion terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

HD77 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus-related winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay exposure, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordination between users to manipulate promotional eligibility.

09 Responsible Gambling

HD77 is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The following responsible gambling obligations apply to all users:

• Age Restriction: You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum required by your jurisdiction or the operator's licensing authority. HD77 enforces age verification and will close accounts found to belong to minors.
• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via your account dashboard. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately and may not be increased for a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: You may set a cap on the net losses you incur in a given period. Reaching a loss limit prevents further betting until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Session reminders and maximum session duration controls are available in account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: If you wish to stop gambling, you may request self-exclusion — a temporary or permanent closure of your account — by contacting support. Self-exclusion is processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications alert you to time spent and net results during a gambling session.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the HD77 platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable registration information.
• Depositing funds through payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Using the platform to launder money, process criminal proceeds or conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software errors or use any prohibited software, including bots or predictive tools not authorised by HD77.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting bonuses through systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, where HD77 does not accept registrations, or from behind a VPN used to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing HD77 staff or other users in any communication channel.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the HD77 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, text, data compilations and game content — is the intellectual property of HD77 or its licensed content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of HD77. Scraping, data mining or unauthorised extraction of platform data is expressly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HD77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from gambling activity, including the inherent risk of losing wagers.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, interruptions to internet connectivity or force majeure events beyond HD77's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from a user's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to meet wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind.
• The accuracy or suitability of third-party payment provider services referenced in the HD77 cashier.

Nothing in these Terms limits HD77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot be excluded by law. The Platform's aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13 Termination & Suspension

HD77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct.
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable unclaimed funds regulations under the operator's licensing terms.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via a verified payment method, subject to completion of identity verification. Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable under HD77's international operating licence. HD77 does not claim to operate under, or be regulated by, any Pakistani governmental or regulatory authority.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be referred to HD77's customer support team for informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, the dispute shall be subject to the dispute resolution mechanism available under the operator's applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.

15 Amendments

HD77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, HD77 will post a notice on the platform and update the "last reviewed" date at the top of this page. Where required by applicable licensing rules, users will be notified directly and given a reasonable period to review changes before they take effect.

Your continued use of the HD77 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
